The Challenge:
Although human resources can be considered the most important asset of a company, many companies fail to invest in high-quality video content specifically designed for recruitment. Understanding this, through the videos, Thoughtworks wanted to share the company’s core vision and employees’ benefits to attract new local and international applicants for its newly launched branch.
The Approach:
Cliché statements of how good Thoughtworks is can not be convincing enough. By telling the story through the eyes of a foreign employee relocating to Vietnam, 2BIG Production’s video showcases Thoughtworks’ internal HR systems alongside the local environment support.

Through the sophisticated art of storytelling, 2BIG Production has successfully broken a complex story into a narrative primary two-minute feature and a condensed version of it.
